Stephen has over 30 years’ experience in delivering complex and iconic civil engineering, building and marine projects. He is renowned for his proven skills in planning, design, procurement, construction management and maintenance of award-winning projects recognised by Engineers Australia, Civil Contractors Federation, Master Builders and the Concrete Institute of Australia.   

As a former Director at Waterway Constructions, Stephen managed the construction and maintenance of marine infrastructure including the Sydney and Brisbane Ferry Wharf upgrades, and the extension to the Overseas Passenger Terminal, the Queens Wharf Mangrove Walk in Brisbane, and the heritage Walsh Bay wharves in Sydney.

He provides specialist advice across all project stages from feasibility studies, tendering, cost planning, methods review, project delivery and maintenance.
